Sacramento Creek Crossing is a cozy mountain cabin which has breath-taking views of the Mosquito Range and Sacramento Creek is just in front of the property. The home is only 12 miles from Colorado’s world-class Breckenridge ski resort. Copper Mountain, Keystone, and A-Basin are also less than 30 minutes away. Access to the main highway (Highway 9) is less than 2 minutes so there are no long drives on dirt roads to get to all of the fun activities in the area.
This custom home has 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom on the main level has a queen size bed and lovely views. The other bedroom on the main level has a full-size bed. There is a full bath between the two bedrooms. The main level has a great room with a wood-burning fireplace. The room opens to the deck with gorgeous views of the white-capped mountains. The full kitchen has every amenity you could need for your stay and is modern with modern appliances.
Downstairs, there is a large recreation room with a wide-screen TV with a BluRay play and lots of movies and games to choose from. There is an exercise room with an elliptical trainer and a full size indoor sauna to relax in. There is an additional bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The bedroom has a queen size bed and is decorated in cute mountain decor. The views from the windows are of the forest surrounding the property.
If you love to hear a rushing stream, this is the cabin of your dreams. It is directly across from Sacramento Creek and you can hear the water rushing by from the home. If you enjoy fishing, grab your pole and take a walk down to the creek to catch your breakfast. You will be surrounded by outdoor and indoor activities. Whether your passion is skiing, shopping, hunting, ice-fishing, or horseback riding, you will find the best of the best within minutes of the home. There are two lakes within 10-15 minutes of the home as well as old mines, hiking trails, snowshoeing, and 4-wheel trails. Montgomery Lake and Lincoln Falls are within one mile of he home. One of the best ice-climbing areas in Colorado is right by Montgomery Lake. We will be happy to arrange sleigh rides, winter horseback riding, skiing, or ice fishing.
