Property Management

Services Include (but not limited to):

* Professional Pictures

* Website ads on Second Home Second Chance, Vacation Rentals By Owner, Google, and many more.

* Breckenridge Resort Chamber listing

* Check-In and Check-Out Services (cleaning included).

* Collection of all rentals income and distribution of checks to homeowners.

* All vacation renters sign a rental contract and a security deposit is collected and held till the end of their stay to ensure the protection of the home.

* Office located on Main Street in Fairplay.

 

* Welcome package left for each renter that includes home-baked cookies, flowers, and local attraction brochures for a bed & breakfast feel.

* Through cleaning of the home after each rental including resupply of paper products, basic cleaning supplies, soaps, etc.

* Weekly home checks even when unoccupied to ensure the security of the home.

* Set up and supervision of contractors for any repairs or renovations you might need including winterization and snow removal.
